WHEN DO I PAY? .... A deposit of $100 per person is required to confirm your booking. Failure to pay the necessary deposit within 14 days of confirmation may result in the cancellation of your booking. Non payment of this deposit will result in the reservation being regarded as tentative and may be cancelled if circumstances make this necessary. Full payment is due 30 days prior to departure of the tour. Payment will indicate that you are aware of and accept the conditions set out in this brochure.

WHAT IF I CAN'T GO? .... If you find yourself in the position of having to cancel more than 30 days prior to tour commencement, an administration fee of $40.00 per person will be levied. The balance of your deposit will be refunded. A refund will be forwarded via your original means of payment (ie credit card, cheque or bank transfer). Please allow 5 working days to process any refund due. If cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to tour commencement, a fee of 50% of the tour fare will apply.

TRAVEL INSURANCE .... Please choose a travel insurance policy to suit your requirements, for more information or a quotation contact Polleys Suntour Holidays or your Travel Agent, options should include:- Loss of Deposit; Loss of Baggage; Cancellation; Curtailment Expenses; Medical Expenses; Flight cancellation. The maximum amount of any claim is subject to the terms and conditions of your Travel Insurance Policy.

LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY.... Polleys Coaches of Gympie have made every endeavour to ensure that the brochure details are correct at time of publishing and reserve the right to cancel or amend the tour itinerary should it warrant such action and will not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident or delay which may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

BILLING...Wolseley Investments Pty Ltd is the billing entity. Your confirmation receipt and credit card statement will clearly state Wolseley Investments Pty Ltd as the Merchant. Wolseley Investments Pty Ltd trades as "Polleys Suntour Holidays" & "Polleys Coaches".
